The 7th & H Housing Community is a mixed-use affordable housing development that provides 150 studio and one-bedroom apartments in an eight-story building; extensive community space, comprehensive resident services, a health clinic and ground floor commercial retail located in close proximity to public transit and a number of downtown amenities. The new building will comprise a landmark affordable housing community which will incorporate many environmentally sustainable features.
ACC Senior Services (formerly known as The Asian Community Center of Sacramento Valley) is dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors and caregivers.
Housing options: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Rehabilitation.
Support programs: ACC Rides Transportation Service, Bridge to Healthy Families, Caregiver and Support Services, Friendly Visitor, Meals on Wheels, Resource Center, and Senior Employment Program.
Offers a variety of treatment options that accommodate all levels of need and a full continuum of care. Specialized programs include short and long-term residential treatment, outpatient treatment options, transitional living and case management services with knowledgeable and caring staff who understand the complexities of addiction.
Programs: Promise House (Women’s residential program), Men’s Residential (28-bed residential alcohol and drug treatment facility), Outpatient Program, Sober Living (916-706-2007), Bridges Women and Children (transitional living program exclusively for mothers receiving benefits from CalWorks; 916-410-6112), Specialized Treatment Recovery Services (STARS) (assistance to parents involved w/CPS and Sacramento County Dependency Courts getting assistance meeting mandates given to them regarding drug and alcohol treatment, testing and support).

CHOC has partnered with several community partners to develop, finance, and build affordable housing in a tri-county area. As a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO), CHOC serves primarily very low, low, and moderate-income families and individuals.

Crossroad Gardens is a 70-unit affordable housing apartment complex that consists of a mix of spacious one and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhomes. We are accepting applications for our waiting list. We are located to easy access to the freeway, medical offices, bus transportation, restaurants and shopping centers.
You may be eligible for occupancy at Crossroad Gardens if you meet income and household size guidelines. Please call for more information or come by and visit us to pick up an application. For your convenience, applications are available in front of the rental office.

The Lohse Apartments is a 58-unit affordable multifamily housing development with mixed-use, four-story apartments. The complex includes 12 one-bedroom, 26 two-bedroom, and 19 three-bedroom units with common areas that include a community room, computer area, lounge area, and laundry room. The property also has commercial space on the ground floor, and 60 underground and four surface parking spaces. Reasonable accommodations will be made available for persons who make a request.

LSS has served homeless people and emancipating foster youth in Sacramento County for over 50 years. We operate nine housing programs in Sacramento and San Joaquin counties, providing:
Transitional housing for homeless families, individuals, and youth.
Permanent supportive housing for disabled individuals, families, and youth emerging from foster care.
Case management for individuals and families who are permanently housed.
Martin Luther King, Jr. Village (MLK) provides 80 apartments of permanent supportive housing to disabled homeless adults. The 5.5 acre development consists of single-story, one bedroom cottages and duplexes. There are 60 residential buildings, one community building and one maintenance building. Each 400 square foot cottage has a bedroom, a small kitchen / living space, and a full bathroom. Site amenities include a basketball court and outdoor meeting areas.
